摘要
颞下颌关节紊乱病(temporomandibular disorders, TMD)是一个多病因的疾病,TMD诊断复杂,治疗方法繁多,如何明确诊断并为患者确定最佳治疗方案是目前亟待解决的问题。人工智能作为现代高度技术性和专业性学科相结合的产物,可大幅度提升各领域的工作效率。目前,随着人工智能与医学的不断深入结合,人工智能在颞下颌关节紊乱病诊治中的应用将成为未来颞下颌关节病学及学的重要发展方向。人工智能在颞下颌关节紊乱病中的应用主要体现在病历及临床检查等文本信息处理、影像学信息判读、临床辅助决策支持系统和治疗等方面。人工智能可利用自然语言处理技术为繁杂的临床数据提取和分析提供支持,利用图像识别技术和卷积网络对影像学信息进行智能化诊断,建立临床辅助决策支持系统,该系统拥有强大的数据集成、搜索、处置能力,可以对患者进行早期诊断、病情动态评估及治疗方案优化,从而为医生的临床决策提供参考和支持,提供个性化、精准化的医疗服务。虽然人工智能现阶段在TMD的诊疗中运用尚不成熟,但人工智能为TMD的诊疗提供了新的发展空间。本文拟对人工智能在颞下颌关节紊乱病诊治中的应用与思考加以阐述。
Temporomandibular disorders(TMD) is a multi-etiological disease. The diagnosis and therapy of TMD is so complicated that how to make accurate diagnosis and determine the best treatment for patients are urgent problems to be solved. As a product of the combination of modern highly technical and professional disciplines, artificial intelligence(AI)can greatly improve the work efficiency of all fields. At present, with the continuous integration of AI and medicine, the application of AI in the diagnosis and treatment of TMD will become an important development direction in the future.The application of AI in TMD is mainly reflected in the collection of medical records, intelligent diagnosis of imaging,clinical assisted decision support system and treatment, etc. AI can use natural language processing technology support for complex extraction and analysis of clinical data, using image recognition technology and convolution network to intelligent diagnostic imaging, clinical auxiliary decision support system, establish the system with its powerful ability of data integration, search and treatment, which facilitate the early diagnosis, dynamic evaluation and treatment plan optimization of patients, Thus, AI can provide reference and support for doctors’ clinical decision-making and provide personalized and accurate medical services. Although the application of AI in the diagnosis and treatment of TMD is not mature at this stage, it offers a new development space. This article intends to expound the application and thinking of AI in diagnosis and treatment of TMD.
