摘要
在医院绩效管理标准中运用综合目标考核的方式,能够有效改善医院原有的绩效考核现状。本文通过探索徐州市某医院2020年度绩效管理方法,以科学的方法建立评价目标指标,针对医院在绩效管理标准中的核心控制、社会效益以及工作质量进行分析,最终得出医院综合目标考核管理在现代医院绩效管理中的作用,有助于促进医院的医疗质量、医疗安全、医疗服务以及医务工作者职业素养显著提升,对激励医务工作者的工作积极性具有重要意义。
Comprehensive objective assessment is used in the hospital performance management standard, which can effectively improve the original performance appraisal status quo of the hospital. This paper explores the annual performance management method of a hospital in Xuzhou in 2020, establishes the evaluation target index in a scientific method, analyzes the core control, social benefit and work quality in the performance management standard of the hospital, and finally concludes the role of hospital comprehensive objective assessment management in modern hospital performance management. It will help to promote the significant improvement of medical quality, medical safety and medical services of a hospital and the professional quality of medical workers, which is of great significance to stimulate the work enthusiasm of medical workers.
