沥青混合料抗老化性能关键指标研究 被引量:2

摘要 为研究关键技术指标对沥青混合料抗老化性能的影响,研究了不同沥青膜厚度、不同粉胶比及不同压实空隙率对沥青混合料抗老化性能的影响。结果表明:在空隙率、矿料间隙率、沥青饱和度等指标相近,沥青膜厚度不同的条件下,沥青膜较厚的混合料抗老化能力更好;粉胶比偏大的沥青混合料空隙率较低,结构更加密实,同时沥青饱和度较高,使得混合料抵抗低温弯拉能力更强,抗老化耐久性更好;AC-13C型沥青混合料的空隙率设计范围应按4.0%~5.5%进行控制,路面理论压实度按94%~97%进行控制。 In order to study the influence of key technical indicators on the anti-aging performance of asphalt mixtures,the influence of different asphalt film thickness,different powder to rubber ratio and different compaction porosity on the anti-aging performance of asphalt mixtures were investigated.The results show that the mixtures with thicker asphalt film have better antiaging performance under the conditions of similar void ratio,mineral gap ratio,asphalt saturation and different asphalt film thickness.The asphalt mixtures with larger powder to rubber ratio have a lower void ratio and a denser structure,while the asphalt saturation is higher,resulting in a mixture with a stronger resistance to low-temperature bending and pulling ability and better anti-aging durability.AC-13C asphalt mixture should be designed to control the void ratio range of 4.0%to 5.5%,and the theoretical compaction of the pavement should be controlled by 94%to 97%.
