基于综合判定法的油田加热炉能效影响因素分析 被引量:7

Analysis of Influencing Factors on Energy Efficiency of Oilfield Heating Furnace Based on Comprehensive Judgment Method

摘要 油田加热炉是油气集输系统中广泛应用的设备,其能效水平对油田的经济效益的提高具有重要的意义.在对加热炉能效影响因素的影响机理进行分析的基础上,提出一种基于逐步回归分析法、主成分分析法、偏最小二乘回归分析法确定油田加热炉能效关键影响因素的综合判定方法,进而通过设计正交试验确定关键因素的影响程度.以某现场油田加热炉测试数据为实验对象,验证了该判定方法的有效性,通过分析得到关键影响因素有过量空气系数、环表温差、排烟温度和负荷率,且正交试验结果显示影响因素序列为:负荷率>排烟温度>过量空气系数>环表温差. Oil field heating furnace is a widely used equipment in oil and gas gathering and transportation system,and its energy efficiency level is of great significance to the improvement of oil field economic benefit.Based on the influence factors of energy efficiency of heating furnace on the basis of the analysis of impact mechanism,put forward a kind of based on stepwise regression analysis,principal component analysis(pca),partial least squares regression analysis method to determine the main influence factors of energy efficiency oilfield heating furnace comprehensive judgement method,and then through the design of orthogonal test to determine the influence of key factors.The validity of the method is verified by the test data of a field oil field heating furnace.The results show that the main influencing factors are excess air coefficient,temperature difference between ring and surface,exhaust gas temperature and load rate,and the orthogonal test results show that the sequence of influencing factors is:load rate> exhaust gas temperature> excess air coefficient> temperature difference between ring and surface.
