摘要
线粒体是具有双层膜结构的细胞器,主要负责产生能量,维持细胞正常的能量代谢水平,是细胞发生有氧呼吸的重要组成部分。线粒体功能障碍将导致神经细胞发生代谢异常,诱发细胞凋亡和Ca2+失衡等。大脑对线粒体功能的丧失十分敏感,这一现象在阿尔茨海默症(AD)中极其常见。本文对线粒体功能障碍与阿尔茨海默症发病的关系进行阐述。
Mitochondria is an organelle with double membrane structure,which is mainly responsible for generating energy and maintaining the normal energy metabolism level of cells,and is an important part of aerobic respiration of cells. Mitochondrial dysfunction will lead to metabolic abnormalities in nerve cells,and induce cell apoptosis and calcium imbalance.The brain is very sensitive to the loss of mitochondrial function,which is extremely common in Alzheimer ’s disease. This review will discuss the relationship between mitochondrial dysfunction and Alzheimers’ disease.
