摘要
为了进一步推进国内高校多校区的运行管理效率,文章以运行管理的基本视角、校区布局和经费来源为切入点,通过案例对比分析和研究重点分析为健全高校多校区运行管理机制提供了六方面建议:根据校区功能定位和位置距离明晰布局规划机制;以学生为中心和提高资源使用效率优化资源配置机制;建设交叉学科培养模式和保障资源支持完善人才培养机制;构建数字系统载体和搭建数字信息平台促进数字管理机制;拓宽资金来源和优化资金配置改善经费保障机制;基于精神认同和求同存异强化文化协同机制。
To further promote the efficiency of multi-campus management, this paper takes the basic logic of operation management, campus layout, and funding sources of multi-campus universities as the starting point. It provides six suggestions for improving the multi-campus management mechanism of domestic universities through the comparative analysis of cases and the analysis of the research priorities: Clarifying the layout planning mechanism according to the functional positioning and location distance of campuses;taking students as the center and improving utilization of resources to optimize the resource allocation mechanism;building interdisciplinary training mode and guaranteeing resources to improve the talent cultivation mechanism;constructing digital system carrier and digital information platform to promote the digital management mechanism;broadening sources of fund and optimizing fund use allocation to perfect the fund guarantee mechanism;strengthening the cultural synergy mechanism based on spiritual identity and seeking common ground while reserving differences.
