直升机旋翼系统弹性轴承弹性体寿命分析方法

摘要 弹性轴承是现代直升机旋翼系统的重要组成部分,其弹性体的疲劳寿命问题是影响工程应用的关键因素。弹性体由金属隔片和橡胶材料复合而成,会传递桨叶受到的各类载荷。该文针对弹性体的结构,基于开裂能理论,提出了金属隔片与橡胶叠层结构的疲劳寿命设计方法。并考虑了橡胶材料的超弹性本构模型和疲劳特性,基于橡胶疲劳裂纹扩展理论,提出了弹性轴承弹性体结构的寿命分析方法。其仿真结果与结构的耐久性试验结果吻合良好,具有较好的工程应用价值。
