摘要
目的研究综合管理在眼科护理管理中的应用效果和价值。方法选择2020年11月—2021年11月在该院眼科工作的20名护士作为研究对象,根据随机平均分配的原则将其分为对照组(10名,岗位责任制管理)和观察组(10名,综合管理),观察记录两组护士的护理考核成绩和患者对护理服务的满意程度并进行对比。结果两组管理前理论成绩和实际操作成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组管理后理论成绩为(94.37±1.79)分,实际操作成绩为(96.09±2.19)分,高于对照组(81.71±3.70)分、(82.42±1.74)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度为88.33%,显著高于对照组满意度61.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.378,P<0.05)。结论将综合管理应用于眼科护理管理具有显著效果,护士的护理考核成绩和患者对护理服务的满意程度均有明显提升。所以在眼科护理管理中实行综合管理具有重要意义,可以督促护士提升工作技能和业务水平,提升眼科护理质量。
Objective To study the application effect and value of comprehensive management in ophthalmic nursing management.Methods 20 nurses who worked in the ophthalmology department of the hospital from November 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(10 nurses,post responsibility management)and observation group(10 nurses,comprehensive management)according to the principle of random and average distribution.The nursing assessment scores of the two groups of nurses and the patients'satisfaction with nursing services were observed and recorded and compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the theoretical and practical performance before management(P>0.05).The theoretical score of the observation group after management was(94.37±1.79)points,and the practical score was(96.09±2.19)points,which were higher than the theoretical score of the control group(81.71±3.70)points and(82.42±1.74)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the observation group was 88.33%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 61.67%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=11.378,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive management to ophthalmic nursing management has a significant effect,and the nursing assessment scores of nurses and the satisfaction of patients with nursing services have been significantly improved.Therefore,it is of great significance to implement comprehensive management in ophthalmic nursing management,which can urge nurses to improve their work skills and professional level,and improve the quality of ophthalmic nursing.
