摘要
2018年《国家健康医疗大数据标准、安全和服务管理办法》的出台标志着健康医疗大数据的建设和应用正式纳入国家大数据战略布局。由于健康医疗大数据的建设与应用和国民健康息息相关,其中的医疗成本和医疗服务水准关乎到我国经济健康高速发展和人民的幸福感、获得感,且健康医疗大数据属于朝阳产业,因此如何从全局角度构建健康医疗大数据项目基础、全面深化应用是该战略布局的重要课题。该文就如何实施健康医疗大数据的建设思路、建设框架、建设目标以及对应的应用方向展开研讨。
The promulgation of"National Health and Medical Big Data Standards,Security and Service Management Measures"in 2018 marked that the construction and application of health and medical big data was officially incorporated into the national big data strategic layout.Because the construction of health and medical big data is closely related to its application and national health,the medical cost and medical service level are related to the rapid development of my country's economy and the people's sense of happiness,and health care big data belongs to the sunrise industry.Therefore,how to build the foundation of health and medical big data projects from a global perspective and comprehensively deepen the application is an important topic of this strategic layout.This paper discusses how to implement the construction ideas,construction framework,construction goals and corresponding application directions of health and medical big data.
