摘要
随着全球人口老龄化,阿尔茨海默病(AD)的发病率逐年上升,威胁着老年人的生命和健康。然而,目前AD的发病机制尚未完全明确,已上市的治疗药物中无特效药物。因此,为了更深一步对AD的发病机制进行研究,或对其进行药物干预实验研究,寻找有效的预防或治疗措施,研究者们基于现已公认的发病机制假说建立不同的动物模型,其中以根据AD神经病理学特征建立的转基因动物模型较为理想,但不同的AD转基因动物模型有着不同的优缺点,在实验研究时该如何选择仍不清楚。
The aging of the global population,and the incidence of Alzheimer′s disease(AD),is increasing year by year,threatening the lives and health of the elderly.However,the pathogenesis of AD has not yet been fully clarified.Among the therapeutic drugs on the market,there is no specific drug.Therefore,in order to conduct a deeper study on the pathogenesis of AD,or to conduct experimental research on drug intervention to seek effective preventive or therapeutic measures,the researchers have established different animal models based on the now recognized pathogenesis hypotheses.Among them,transgenic animal models based on the neuropathological characteristics of AD are ideal.However,different transgenic animal models of AD have different advantages and disadvantages,and how to choose in experimental research is still not elucidated.
