摘要
农村不动产测绘具有现势性强、精度要求高、项目周期短、任务量大、测量要素烦琐等特点,常规测绘手段效率低,不能完全满足工作进度和工作质量要求[1]。本文提出了一种基于地面三维激光扫描技术的不动产测绘新方法,并通过常规测绘手段进行精度检测,验证了地面三维激光扫描技术应用于不动产测绘的可行性,有利于提高不动产测绘精度和作业效率。
Rural real estate surveying and mapping has the characteristics of strong current situation,high accuracy,short project cycle,heavy task,and cumbersome measurement elements.Conventional surveying and mapping methods are inefficient and cannot fully meet the requirements of work schedule and work quality.This paper proposes a new method of real estate surveying and mapping based on terrestrial three-dimensional laser scanning technology.And the accuracy is detected by conventional surveying and mapping methods.As a result,it verifies the feasibility of the application of terrestrial three-dimensional laser scanning technology in rural real estate surveying and mapping.It is also beneficial to improve the accuracy and efficiency of real estate surveying and mapping.
