袖状胃切除术在肥胖症患者中的临床效果及对术后胃食管反流的影响 被引量：2

摘要 目的:分析袖状胃切除术(LSG)在肥胖症患者中的临床效果及对术后胃食管反流的影响。方法:选取60例肥胖症患者为例,按照手术方法将其分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30),对照组采用常规手术,观察组采取LSG术,比较两组手术效果。结果:术后2个月、3个月,观察组体重指数(BMI)、多余体重减少率(EWL%)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率10.00%,低于对照组的16.67%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后观察组胃食管反流检测指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对肥胖症患者采取LSG术效果显著,减重效果较好,安全性较好。
