摘要
目的:研究5E教学模式应用在《中医护理学基础》实验教学中的效果。方法:将长春中医药大学护理学院《中医护理学基础》的2019级护生随机分为6个实验教学小组,选取其中3组为观察组,针对8项常用中医护理操作技术的教学,以5E教学模式为依据,运用不同的教学方法在每个教学阶段设计教学过程;另外3组为对照组,采用传统的实验教学模式,学期结束后通过护士共情能力量表,自主学习能力量表及操作技能成绩、笔试成绩进行教学效果评价。结果:干预后观察组实验技能考核成绩和笔试成绩与对照组相比均明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组共情能力总分和自主学习能力总分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:将5E教学模式应用于《中医护理学基础》实验教学中的各个环节,有助于学生深入理解基础知识,提高实验操作技能水平、自主学习能力和共情能力。
Objective To study the effect of 5E teaching mode in the experiment of Basical Nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Method The nursing students of Changchun Traditional Chinese Medicine University in 2019 grade were randomly divided into 6 experimental groups,3 of which were selected as the observation group,aimed at using different methods in the 8 commonly used TCM nursing operation techniquest at each stage of 5E mode.The other 3 groups were the control group,which were given traditional experimental teaching mode.After the end of the semester,the nurses'empathy ability scale,autonomous learning ability scale,operational skills scores and written test scores were evaluated.Results After the intervention,the experimental scores and the test scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the total scores of empathy and autonomous learning in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion 5E teaching model to all links in the experimental teaching of Basical Nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine will help students understand the basic knowledge deeply,improve the level of experimental operation skills,autonomous learning ability and empathy ability.
