摘要
根据实际情况合理确定煤炭全自动制样设备的精密度核验方法及其制样和化验方差目标值,可为评价全自动制样设备的精密度提供参考。列出标准中精密度核验的要求和精密度核验的2种方法,即将缩分器缩分出的2个留样作为1对双份试样(方法一)、1个留样与由全部弃样制备的1个留样作为1对双份试样(方法二),并按2种方法对全自动制样设备进行精密度核验。核验结果为:连续2组10对双份试样精密度均小于1.75√V^(0)_(PT),全自动制样设备精密度符合要求。对比2个方法可知,方法一得出的精密度优于方法二得出的精密度。方法一评价0.2 mm缩分及化验的精密度,方法二评价设备制样和化验的精密度。对于只有1个缩分阶段的制样设备,方法一和方法二无差异,均可选用;对于2个或2个以上缩分阶段的制样设备,应选用方法二。全自动制样设备包含3个缩分阶段,应选用方法二。
According to the actual situation,the precision verification method andvariance target value of sample preparation and test of automatic coal sample preparation equipment were determined.It can provide a reference for evaluating the precision of automatic sample preparation equipment.This paper listed the requirements for precision verification and the two methods for precision verification in the standard.Taking two reserved samples separated by the divider as one couple of sample(method 1),taking one reserved sample and one sample coming from waste sample as one couple of sample(method 2),the precision verification for automatic sample preparation equipment were done.The testing results shows that:double sample precision of two consecutive groups of ten pairs are all less than 1.75√V^(0)_(PT),the precision of automatic sample preparation equipment can meet the requirements.Comparing the two methods,the precision obtained by method 1 is better than that obtained by method 2.Method 1 evaluate the precision of 0.2 mm reduction and test,method 2 evaluate the precision of sample preparation and test of equipment.For sample preparation equipment with only one reduction stage,there is no difference between method 1 and method 2,they both can be chosen.For sample preparation equipment with 2 or more stages,method 2 should be chosen.The full-automatic sample preparation equipment includes three stages,and method 2 should be selected.
