摘要
针对四川某典型晶质石墨矿,采用破碎、高压辊磨、1 mm筛分、5次再磨、6次精选流程进行了实验室试验研究,并在此基础上进行了半工业扩大连续稳定试验,获得了固定碳含量95.22%、产率5.14%、回收率88.05%的高碳石墨。研究成果可为同类型石墨矿床选矿提供技术支持。
A typical crystalline graphite ore from Sichuan was processed by adopting a flowsheet consisting sequentially of crushing,high pressure roller grinding,screening(1 mm),five stages of regrinding and six stages of cleaning.Based on this laboratory study,a pilot continuous scaled⁃up experiment was carried out,producing a high⁃carbon graphite concentrate with fixed carbon content of 95.22%at 88.05%recovery,with a yield of 5.14%.This study provides a technical support for concentrating graphite deposits of the same type.
