摘要
目的 探讨情景式发展训练对新生儿窒息后康复期间智能及生长发育的影响。方法 2019年6月-2021年6月选取新生儿窒息者68例为研究对象,按组间基本资料可比原则分为观察组和对照组,每组34例。对照组行常规康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上行情景式发展训练,干预时间为6个月,比较两组患儿干预前后智能及生长发育情况。结果 两组干预6个月后身高、体质量、头围等指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组干预6个月后患儿精细动作、适应能力、社交行为发育商、语言发育商、大运动发育商及总发育商等方面评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 情景式发展训练尽管不能促进新生儿窒息后患儿体格发育,但能促进窒息患儿语言、精细动作、社交行为、适应能力及大动作的发展,有利于窒息患儿远期恢复。
Objective To investigate the infl uence of situational developmental training on intelligence, growth and development during rehabilitation after neonatal asphyxia. Methods From June 2019 to June 2021, 68 cases of neonatal asphyxia were selected as the study subjects, they were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the principle of comparability of basic data between groups, with 34 cases in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation training, the observation group received situational development training on the basis of the control group. The intervention time was 6 months. The intelligence, growth and development of the two groups were compared before and after intervention. Results There were no signifi cant dif ferences in height, body weight and head circumference between the two groups in 6 months after intervention(P>0.05). After 6 months of intervention, the scores of fi ne motor, adaptive ability, social behavior developmental quotient, language developmental quotient, gross motor developmental quotient and total developmental quotient in the observation group were higher than the control group, the dif ferences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Although episodic developmental training couldn’t promote the physical development of children with neonatal asphyxia, it can promote the development of language, fi ne motor, social behavior, adaptive ability and grand motor, which is benefi cial to the long-term prognosis of children with asphyxia.
