摘要
通过对南庄矿井8336边角煤块工作面的地质条件和岩性进行分析,确定了无煤柱切顶留巷技术,设计预裂爆破炮孔间距350~400 mm,孔深15 m,倾角75°,实现安全高效回采边角煤块276万t,避免了煤炭资源的浪费,并形成了成熟可行的无煤柱开采切顶留巷工艺技术。
Through the analysis of the geological conditions and lithology of the 8336 corner coal block working face in Nanzhuang Mine,the technology of roof cutting and entry retaining without coal pillar was determined.The designed pre-split blasting blasting hole spacing was 350~400 mm,the hole depth was 15 m,and the inclination angle was 75°,so as to achieve safe and efficient mining of 2.76 million tons of coal in the corners,avoid the waste of coal resources,and form a mature and feasible coal pillar-free mining.Roof cutting and retaining entry technology.
