一种新型复合材料步行板

摘要 研究了一种主要用于铁路桥梁的新型复合材料步行板。相比原钢筋混凝土或钢制步行板,该新型复合材料步行板可减重40%~85%。采用ABAQUS软件对复合材料步行板进行有限元分析,并进行试验验证。结果表明:该新型复合材料步行板的强度和刚度均满足铁路桥梁的使用技术要求,刚度计算分析结果与试验结果基本吻合,证明该新型复合材料步行板在实际使用中具有足够的安全性。 A new type of composite walking slab mainly used in railway bridges was studied.Compared with the original reinforced concrete or steel walking slab,the weight of the new composite walking slab can be reduced by 40%-85%.The finite element analysis of the composite walking slab was carried out by ABAQUS software,and the test was verified.The results show that the strength and stiffness of the new composite walking slab meet the technical requirements of railway bridges,and the stiffness calculation and analysis results are basically consistent with the test results,which proves that the new composite walking slab has enough safety in practical application.
