摘要 为解决在实际应用中使用理论公式计算得到的混光结果与目标光色坐标偏差较大的问题,通过理论研究并利用温度传感器搭建实验平台进行实验,分析造成混光偏差的原因。同时通过多元线性回归分析对三基色LED(RGB-LED)芯片混光时对单个LED芯片的影响进行拟合并得到混光偏差公式。在理论混光公式的基础上使用数值拟合得到的混光偏差公式进行混光修正,修正后得到的光色坐标与目标光色坐标相符,偏差范围控制在(±0.003,±0.003)内,实现了任意色坐标光源的精准调控。此结果对精准照明、全色彩照明以及动态照明等应用具有一定的参考价值。 In order to solve the problem of the large deviation between the light mixing results caculated by theoretical formula and the target light color coordinate in practical applications,through theoretical research and experiments carried out on an experimental platform based on temperature sensors,causes of the light mixing deviation were analyzed.Meanwhile,the influence of RGB-LED chips mixed with each other on a single LED chip was fitted through multiple linear regression analysis,and the light mixing deviation formula was obtained.Based on the theoretical light mixing formula,the light mixing deviation formula obtained by numerical fitting was used for light mixing correction.The corrected of color coordinate of the mixed light is consistent with the target value,and the deviation range is controlled within(±0.003,±0.003),so that the accurate control of the light source with arbitrary color coordinate is realized.The result possesses a certain reference value for precision lighting,full-color lighting and dynamic lighting applications.
