美国高校教育创业人才培养研究——基于宾夕法尼亚大学教育创业硕士项目个案分析 被引量:1

摘要 与创业教育相比,教育创业是一个较新的概念,开展的时间晚于创业教育,但是发展迅速。美国教育创业开展的背景是创业教育在美国持续大范围流行、美国在教育领域拥有完备的创业生态系统。公益创业者在教育领域中发挥着作为变革的推动者,作为新技能和思维方式的孵化者,作为鼓励实验和终身学习的学习实验室的开发者三种重要角色。世界上第一个教育创业硕士项目是美国宾夕法尼亚大学的教育创业硕士项目。该项目是工商管理/教育学理学硕士双学位项目,师资力量强大,优秀毕业生众多,灵活性强。 Compared with entrepreneurship education,educational entrepreneurship is a relatively new concept,which started later than entrepreneurship education,but it has developed rapidly.The background is that entrepreneurial education continues to be popular in the United States,and the United States has a complete entrepreneurial ecosystem in the field of education.Meanwhile,social entrepreneurs play three important roles in the education field as the promoters of change,as the venues for new skills and mindsets,and as the developers of learning laboratories that encourage experimentation and lifelong learning.The University of Pennsylvania’s Education Entrepreneurship master’s program is the frist such program in the world.The feature of the program is that it is a dual degree program with MBA/M.S.Ed,with excellent faculty,numerous outstanding graduates and strong flexibility.
