摘要
ICU中的疾病具有病情变化快、严重程度高、死亡率高的特点,给ICU中的疾病治愈带来很大困难,而且在临床工作中早期诊断仍是难点。肝素结合蛋白(HBP)现在常作为早期诊断感染性疾病的敏感指标,且效能优于传统指标,其作为一种颗粒蛋白,在脓毒症、泌尿道感染、中枢系统感染、胰腺炎以及病毒感染等多种危重疾病的诊断及预后判断中都发挥了重要作用,尤其是在脓毒症中,“中国脓毒症/脓毒症休克治疗指南”已将其列入诊断标准。但在其他临床疾病中的诊断价值仍存在争议,此综述就HBP的生物特性及其在危重疾病中的诊断价值进行概述。
Diseases in ICU are characterized by rapid changes,high severity and high mortality,which bring great difficulties to the cure of diseases in ICU,and early diagnosis is still difficult in clinical work.Heparin binding protein(HBP)is now often used as a sensitive indicator for early diagnosis of infectious diseases,and its efficacy is better than that of traditional indicators.As a granular protein,HBP plays an important role in the diagnosis and prognosis of sepsis,urinary tract infection,central system infection,pancreatitis,viral infection and other critical diseases,especially in sepsis,it has been included in the diagnostic criteria in the“Chinese Guidelines for the Treatment of Sepsis/Septic Shock”.However,the diagnostic value of HBP in other clinical diseases is still controversial,this review summarizes the biological characteristics of HBP and its diagnostic value in critical diseases.
