摘要
传统的人工电力巡线方式已不能满足电网运营维护工作需要,为提高输电线路巡线效率,保证电网线路安全,将无人机搭载激光雷达技术应用于线路巡线中,获取点云数据,提取完整电力线点,重建三维电力线走廊,检测建筑物、植被、交叉跨越等对线路的安全距离,及时发现线路走廊中被跨越物对线路的威胁与隐患,为线路维护人员提供决策支持,通过实例验证了激光雷达巡线技术的安全、快速、高效性。
The traditional artificial power line inspection method can not meet the needs of power grid operation and maintenance.In order to ensure the safety of power grid lines,this paper applies the technology of UAV Carrying Lidar to the line inspection,and obtains the point cloud data,to extract complete power line points,reconstruct 3D power line corridors,detect the safe distance between buildings,vegetation and cross-over lines,and discover in time the threats and hidden dangers of the crossed objects to lines in the line corridors,it provides decision support for line maintenance personnel and verifies the safety,speediness and high efficiency of the Lidar line scanning technology through an example.
