摘要
基于江西省536份农户调查数据,采用有序Probit模型实证分析家庭资源禀赋特征对农户农药包装物处理行为的影响。结果表明:社会资本的广度和深度均对农药包装物乱扔行为有显著负向影响,社会资本越丰富,农户乱扔农药包装物的概率越低;人力资本质量对农药包装物乱扔行为有显著正向影响,人力资本质量越高,农户乱扔农药包装物的可能性越大;自然资本对农药包装物乱扔行为具有显著正向影响,承包地规模的扩大和家庭地块数的增多会加剧农药包装物乱扔行为;社会资本、人力资本质量及自然资本对农药包装物处理行为的影响在户主年龄、村庄地形上存在差异。控制变量中,受访者是否为党员、乱丢弃农药包装物是否受他人指责以及村庄是否有柏油路对农户农药包装物乱扔行为均有显著抑制作用;而处罚措施会显著加剧农药包装物乱扔行为。基于此,建议发挥家庭资源禀赋的内在引导作用,通过丰富农村社会资本、加强环保宣传教育、引导与监管大规模农户的生产行为。
Based on the data from the survey of 536 farming households in Jiangxi Province,this paper used the ordered Probit Model to analyze the impact of household resource endowments on farmers’pesticide packaging disposal behavior.The conclusions are as follows:both the breadth and depth of social capital significantly affect the disposal behavior.The richer the social capital,the lower the probability of farmers littering pesticide packaging.The quality of human capital has a significant positive impact on the pesticide packaging littering behavior.The higher the quality of human capital,the greater the probability that farmers will litter pesticide packaging.Natural capital casts significant impact on pesticide packaging littering behavior and the expansion of the contracted land will aggravate the littering of pesticide packaging.The effects of social capital,human capital quality and natural capital on pesticide packaging treatment behavior differ with the age of household head and village terrain.Among the control variables,whether the household head is a Party member,whether the behavior of pesticide packaging littering is criticised,and whether the village is equipped with asphalt roads have significant inhibitory effect on farmers’pesticide packaging littering.In addition,punishment measures significantly aggravate pesticide packaging littering.Therefore,family resource endowments can play an inherent guiding role by enriching rural social capital,strengthening environmental protection publicity and education,and guiding and supervising large-scale farmer production behavior.
