磷石膏作为熟料矿化剂在新型干法生产线的工业试验

摘要 通过生料中掺加磷石膏对硅酸盐熟料矿化剂试验,生料易烧性变好,窑抗波动能力较试验前增强,试验期间实物煤耗平均142.29kg/t,较试验前下降1.86kg/t,窑尾大气排放无明显变化。熟料SO_(3)含量达到0.6%时,窑产能发挥最佳,日均最高台时产量达到243.8t/h,同时熟料中M1型C_(3)S晶体含量由试验前34%增加到51%,熟料3d强度32.3MPa,较试验前提高1.3MPa;28d强度55.2MPa,较试验前下降0.3MPa,未达到在试验设定目标提高3MPa。 Through the test of silicate clinker mineralizer mixed with phosphogypsum in the raw meal,the burnability of the raw meal becomes better,and the anti fluctuation ability of the kiln is enhanced compared with that before the test.During the test,the average physical coal consumption is 142.29kg/t,which is 1.86kg/t lower than that before the test,and there is no obvious change in the atmospheric emission at the kiln tail.When the SO_(3) content of clinker reaches 0.6%,the kiln’s production capacity is the best,and the daily maximum production capacity reaches 243.8t/h.At the same time,the content of M1 C_(3)S crystal in clinker increases from 34%to 51%,and the three-day strength of clinker is 32.3MPa,which is 1.3MPa higher than that before the test.The 28 day strength was 55.2MPa,decreased by 0.3MPa compared with that before the test,which did not meet the target set in the test,which was to increase 3MPa.
