摘要
运用文献资料等方法,以英国、美国颁布的青少年家庭体育相关政策规划及具体实践为切入点,研究英美青少年家庭体育治理策略及启示。英美青少年家庭体育开展现状:以多类型家庭体育活动为基础、实现青少年多元培养目标,以网络化家庭体育平台为载体、畅通青少年体育参与渠道,以安全性家庭运动场域为支撑、降低青少年家庭体育风险;治理策略:加强顶层设计、构建多主体共治模式,共建联动机制、强化家—校—社体育合作关系,多元筹措经费、夯实家庭体育服务基础。对我国青少年家庭体育发展的启示:构建家—校—社体育一体化合作模式,打造多元化的体育活动场域,研制多类型的体育活动及标准,夯实精细化的体育服务基础。
By using literature review and other methods,this paper took the relevant policies and practices of youth family sports issued by the Britain and America as the entry point to study the governance strategy of British and American youth family sports and their enlightenment to China.The current situation of youth family sports development in Britain and America:They are based on multitype family sports activities to achieve the goal of diversified youth development,take the network family sports platform as the carrier to open up youth sports participation channels,reduce the risk of family sports with the support of safe family sports field.Governance strategies:They strengthen the top-level design to construct the multi-subject co-governance model of youth family sports,establish a joint mechanism to strengthen the cooperation between home,school and social sports,raise funds in various ways to consolidate the foundation of youth family sports services.Enlightenment to China:We should build an integrated cooperation model of home-school-social sports,create a diversified field of youth family sports activities,develop various types of youth family sports activities and standards,and consolidate the foundation of refined youth family sports services.
