摘要
煤制乙二醇产品含有较多难去除的微量杂质,造成乙二醇产品UV值难以满足聚酯级乙二醇国标要求。为此分析了煤制乙二醇生产中产生杂质的副反应及树脂法提高乙二醇产品UV值的原理,并从工艺流程、树脂装填及活化、系统开停车、树脂再生及置换等方面系统介绍了物理树脂吸附和化学树脂吸附相结合的树脂法精制乙二醇的工艺操作。工业化运行结果表明:乙二醇产品塔侧采后的产品经1^(#)树脂塔与2^(#)树脂塔共同处理后,产品UV均值(220 nm)由57.0%提升至89.0%,提升率56.1%。
Coal-to-ethylene glycol product contained many trace impurities that were difficult to remove,which made the UV value of ethylene glycol product difficult to meet the requirements of the national standard for polyester-grade ethylene glycol.For this reason,the side reaction of impurities in the production of coal-to-ethylene glycol and the principle of improving the UV value of ethylene glycol product by the resin method were analyzed.And the process operation of refining ethylene glycol by the resin method combining the physical resin adsorption and chemical resin adsorption was systematically introduced from such aspects as process flow,resin filling and activation,system start-up and shutdown,resin regeneration and replacement.The results of industrial operation showed that the average of UV value(220 nm)of ethylene glycol product drawn from the side of the product tower was increased from 57.0%to 89.0%after being treated in 1^(#)resin tower and 2^(#)resin tower,with an increase rate of 56.1%.
