摘要
随着电力现货市场建设的推进,可控高压输电技术具备通过市场主导的能量管理方式实现对系统资源进行优化配置的能力。文中基于Benders分解方法对交直流混联系统的交流潮流安全约束机组组合(SCUC)优化调度问题进行求解。将直流系统的运行模式等效为虚拟电机对(VM)模型以跟踪市场运行参数变化进行基于安全约束经济调度(SCED)的市场出清,并建立了考虑偏差控制、直流系统过网网损和转运费的优化调度SCUC和市场出清SCED的协调模型,提出了考虑静态安全校核的交直流混联系统在电力现货市场环境下一体化协调出清的方法。通过基于电压源换流器的高压直流系统直接参与批发市场的出清应用为例,验证了市场出清模型和方法的有效性。
With the advancement of electricity spot market construction,the controllable high-voltage transmission technology enables the optimal deployment of system resources in a market-oriented energy management mode.In this paper,the optimal scheduling problem of AC security-constrained unit commitment(SCUC)of AC power flow for an integrated hybrid AC/DC power system is solved based on the Benders decomposition method.The operation mode of DC system is equated to the mode of a pair of virtual motors(VMs)to track the changes of market operation parameters for market clearing based on securityconstrained economical dispatch(SCED).A coordination model of optimal dispatch SCUC and market clearing SCED considering deviation control,network loss of DC system,and wheeling cost is developed.A method is proposed for integrated and coordinated clearing of hybrid AC/DC power system in the electricity spot market environment considering static security checks.The effectiveness of the proposed market clearing model and method is verified by an application to a flexible voltage source converter based high voltage direct current(VSC-HVDC)transmission system participating in the wholesale market clearing directly.
