摘要
针对模具形状复杂多变,带有大量凸台、凹槽等复杂复合特征的特点,提出了构建复杂模具模型属性邻接图,利用特征面间的边界关系和凹凸关系将复杂模具模型分解为多个元特征,定义面和边的属性类型,构建元特征的特征矩阵。利用各个元特征的特征矩阵与特征库特征矩阵相匹配的特征识别方法,可以实现对模具多类特征的高效识别。最后以冲压模具下模为例进行特征识别分析,证明该方法能有效识别各类特征,满足预期要求。
As the mold shape is complex and changeable,with a large number of convex,groove and other complex composite features,so the model attribute adjacency graph was proposed,and the model was decomposed into multi-element features by using the boundary relation and concave-convex relation between feature surfaces,the attribute types of face and edge were defined,and the element feature matrix was calculated.By using the feature recognition method that the element feature matrix matches the feature matrix of the feature database,it can realize the efficient identification of multi-type features of molds.Finally,the lower die of stamping die was taken as an example for feature recognition analysis,which proves that the method can effectively identify various features and meet the expected requirements.
