摘要
选取卫生适宜技术推广工作开展较深入的浙江省、重庆市、四川省、安徽省等地区,通过实地考察、会议座谈、电话访谈、文献检索、网络搜索等方式,总结其在构建相关政策和组织管理体系、创新推广模式、优化技术遴选机制、建设信息化平台、推广示范基地、建立考核激励机制、资金保障等方面的典型做法,分析卫生适宜技术推广工作中面临的问题,如重视程度不足、工作机制不够完善、缺乏稳定的经费支撑等,为国家和各地区推广卫生适宜技术提供参考。
The health appropriate technology promotion work had been carried out in depth in Zhejiang, Chongqing, Sichuang,Anhui and other areas. It provided suggestions for promotion health appropriate technology by summarized the typical practices of those areas in established policy and organization management system, innovatived promotion model, optimized technology selection mechanism, constructed the information platform and promotion demonstration bases, established assessment and incentive mechanism and fund guarantee system through field research, meeting exchange, telephone interview, information retrieval and web search and analyzed the problems and challenges which technology promotion work confronted with in insufficient attention, imperfect working mechanism and lack of stable funding support.
