摘要
社会能力受损是自闭谱系障碍儿童的主要特征之一。自闭谱系障碍儿童普遍存在社会能力受损问题,但不同个体的表现有很大差异。目前自闭谱系障碍儿童社会能力发展的本土化评估工具较少,早期丹佛模式、关键反应训练模式、交互模仿训练模式等干预模式对自闭谱系障碍儿童社会能力发展不同亚型的干预效果还有待深入分析。我们应当重视自闭谱系障碍儿童社会能力发展评估,针对不同亚型的自闭谱系障碍儿童合理选择干预目标和内容,重视家庭在评估和干预过程中的作用,合力提高干预效果。
Social competence inipairment is one of the major features that children with autism spectrum disorder have,and is quite common among them,but different children show significant difference.At present there are few localized assessment tools.The effects of some intervention models such as Early Start Denver Model,Pivotal Response Treatment Model,and Reciprocal Imitation Training Model on the different subtypes of social compete nee development of children with autism spectrum disorder needs further analysis.We should attach great importance to the assessment of social competence development of children with autism spectrum disorder,select appropriate intervening targets and contents for them,attach great importance to the role of family in the process of assessment and in tervention,and work together to improve the effect of intervention.
