摘要
目的研究在儿外科护理管理中应用目标管理结合护士分层管理模式的临床价值。方法选取该院2021年1—12月在儿外科工作的护理人员40名为研究对象,采用随机数表法均分为两组,每组20名。对照组采取常规管理模式干预;观察组采取目标管理结合护士分层管理模式干预。对比两组护理质量评分、护理质量达标率、护理人员管理满意度及患儿家属满意度。结果观察组护理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理质量达标率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理人员管理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家属满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿外科护理管理中应用目标管理+护士分层管理模式干预有助于提升科室护理质量,获得患儿家属认可。
Objective To study the clinical value of applying objective management combined with nurse stratified management mode in pediatric surgical nursing management.Methods 40 nursing staff who worked in pediatric surgery in the hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as research subjects.and divided into two groups by random number table method,20 nursing staff in each group.The control group were intervened by conventional management mode,and the observation group were intervened by the objectives of the management mode combined with the hierarchical management mode of nurses.The nursing quality score,nursing quality compliance rate,nursing staff management satisfaction and children's family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing quality scores of the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The up-to-standard rate of nursing quality of the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing staff's management satisfaction of the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of children's family members of the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of objective management+nurse stratified management mode intervention in pediatric surgical nursing management can help to improve the quality of department nursing,gain the approval of children's family members.
