康复治疗实习生实施问题导向教学法应用研究

摘要 目的探究康复治疗实习生实施问题导向教学法的可行性。方法选取2020年9月—2021年3月该院康复科32名实习生作为研究对象,根据时间不同计为对照组(2020年9—12月)和观察组(2021年1—3月),各16名,对照组实习生实施常规教学模式,观察组实习生实施问题导向教学模式,对比两个时间段实习生理论考核成绩、操作技能成绩、教学满意度。结果观察组实习生功能评估、康复目标制定、康复技术制定、康复功能诊断、运动疗法要点等理论考核成绩评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习生运动疗法、物理疗法、作业疗法、言语疗法等操作技能成绩评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习生在认可教学方法、理解学习内容、提高学习兴趣、提高自学能力、提高解决问题能力等带教满意程度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论就康复科实习生实施问题导向教学模式可显著提高实习生理论考核成绩、操作技能成绩,强化教学满意度,具备在康复医学教育中进一步探索与完善的价值。 Objective To explore the feasibility of implementing problem-oriented teaching method for rehabilitation therapy interns.Methods 32 interns from the rehabilitation department of our hospital from September 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects of this experiment.According to different time,they were recorded as the control group(September to December 2020)and the observation group(January to March 2021),16 in each.The interns in the control group implemented the conventional teaching mode,and the interns in the observation group implemented the problem-oriented teaching mode.The theoretical assessment scores,operational skills scores,and teaching satisfaction of interns in the two time periods were compared.Results The theoretical assessment scores of interns in the observation group,such as functional evaluation,rehabilitation goal setting,rehabilitation technology formulation,rehabilitation function diagnosis,and exercise therapy points,were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of operation skills such as exercise therapy,physiotherapy,occupational therapy,and speech therapy among the interns in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Interns in the observation group were significantly more satisfied than the control group in terms of recognizing teaching methods,understanding learning content,improving learning interest,improving self-learning ability,and improving problem-solving ability,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing the problem-oriented teaching model for the interns in rehabilitation department can significantly improve the interns'performance in theoretical assessment and operational skills,and strengthen teaching satisfaction,which has the value of further exploration and improvement in rehabilitation medicine education.
