摘要
为了解杉木(Cunninghamia lanceolata)林地土壤生态系统,以两种密度31年生杉木间伐试验林为研究对象,调查不同密度林分中土壤脲酶、多酚氧化酶、过氧化氢酶、酸性磷酸酶和纤维素酶活性及土壤微生物量碳、氮和磷含量,分析不同密度林分中土壤酶活性、微生物生物量差异及其相互关系。结果表明,密度为375株/hm^(2)的林分中,土壤过氧化氢酶和纤维素酶活性及土壤微生物生物量碳含量分别极显著、显著和显著高于1395株/hm^(2)林分;密度为1395株/hm^(2)的林分中,土壤微生物生物量磷含量极显著高于375株/hm^(2)林分;土壤酶活性部分指标间有较强的关联性,土壤酶活性与土壤微生物生物量之间也存在较强的关联性。
In order to understand soil ecosystem of Cunninghamia lanceolata forest,taking 31-year-old thinning stands of C.lanceolata with two densities as objects,activities of soil urease,polyphenol oxidase,catalase,acid phosphatase and cellulase,and contents of soil microbial biomass carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus were investigated.Differences of soil enzyme activities and microbial biomass in stands with different densities and relations of soil enzyme activities and microbial biomass were analyzed.Results showed that soil catalase activity,cellulase activity and content of soil microbial biomass carbon in 375 plant/hm^(2)stand were extremely significantly,significantly and significantly higher than those in 1395 plant/hm^(2)stand,respectively.Content of soil microbial biomass phosphorus in 1395 plant/hm^(2)stand was extremely significantly higher than that in 375plant/hm^(2)stand.There were strong correlations among some indexes of soil enzyme activities.There were also strong correlations among soil enzyme activities and soil microbial biomass.
