摘要
文章以实际生产为导向,针对木材加工行业人工劳动效率低下,存在重复劳动多、劳动强度大等问题,设计一种带机械手的全自动侧上料电脑锯,能够代替低效率的人工劳作,实现自动锯切木材的功能,显著提高生产效率和节约大量成本。电脑锯包括机架、控制柜、机械手取料装置、上料装置、工夹送料装置、压料装置、裁切装置以及贴标装置。电脑锯围绕机械手取料装置排布。在裁切过程中,机械手取料装置可根据需要对板材进行翻转及方向的调整,全程无需人工介入。
Based on actual production as the guidance,artificial labor inefficient in wood processing industry,some problems such as repeated labor,labor intensity,design a manipulator with saws,automatic side loading computer can replace the low efficiency of manual work,realize the function of automatic sawing wood,improve production efficiency and save a lot cost. The computer saw comprises a frame,a control cabinet,a mechanical arm fetching device,a feeding device,a work clip feeding device,a pressing device,a cutting device and a labeling device. The computer saw is arranged around the manipulator reclaimer device. In the process of cutting,the mechanical arm taking device can be adjusted according to the needs of the plate flipping and direction,the whole process without manual intervention.
