赤泥制备发泡陶瓷实验研究

摘要 氧化铝工业的快速发展使赤泥的排放和堆存量持续增加,我国每年排放赤泥上亿吨。本文利用赤泥和页岩制备发泡陶瓷,研究了赤泥和页岩配比、烧结温度对发泡陶瓷性能的影响。结果表明,当赤泥利用量为30%,页岩为70%的时候,添加0.5%的发泡剂,在发泡温度1220℃下保温30 min,得到的样品性能最优,其样品容重为379 kg/m^(3),样品的物相主要为长石类矿物和赤铁矿。 The rapid development of alumina industry has led to the continuous increase of discharged red mud and storage, and China discharged more than 100 million tons of red mud per year. Foamed ceramics were prepared by red mud and shale, the effects of red mud-shale ratio and the sintering temperature on the properties of foaming ceramics were studied in this paper. The results showed that when the red mud accounted for 30% and shale 70%, with the addition of 0.5% foaming agent, at the foaming temperature of 1220℃ for 30 min, the obtained samples had the best properties, the bulk density of the sample reached 379 kg/m^(3), and the sample phase was mainly feldspar minerals and hematite.
