基于Matlab激光谐振腔中激光模式形成机理研究

摘要 光束质量决定了激光的聚焦特性及传输特性,并与激光谐振腔内光场模式密切相关.光场模式的研究对激光器谐振腔、外光路的设计和光束整形具有重要意义.激光技术的不断发展,使得各种新型复杂谐振腔精彩纷呈,利用解析法求解谐振腔中光场模式通常难以实施,数值计算方法是解决复杂腔型光场模式的有效途径,其中数值分析软件Matlab以其完备的图形处理功能、研究结果可视化、运算功能强大等备受青睐.基于Matlab数值分析软件,通过系统求解平行平面腔、方形镜共焦腔、圆形镜共焦腔等谐振腔的数值解,模拟得到不同谐振腔内的光场模式与菲涅耳数之间的关系,获得了各种腔型的模式分布特点及选模方式,为通过模式选择改善光束质量提供了重要的依据. The beam quality determines the focusing and transmission characteristics of the laser,which associated strongly with the light field mode in the laser resonant cavity.The study of optical field mode is of great significance to the design of laser resonator,external light path and beam shaping.With the development of laser technology,there are various new complex resonant cavity and optical elements.It is usually difficult to solve the light field mode in the resonant cavity by analytical methods,and the numerical calculation method can more easily solve the light field mode of the complex cavity.Numerical calculation method is an effective way to solve complex cavity light field mode.Among them,Matlab is popular for its complete graphics processing function,the results visualization and powerful calculation function.In this paper,numerical solutions of various resonator,including to parallel plane cavity,square mirror confocal cavity and circular mirror confocal cavity,are systematically simulated based on Matlab analysis software,and the relationships between light field modes and Fresnel number are discussed in different resonators.Then,the characteristics of mode distribution and mode selection of different cavities were obtain,which would provide an important basis for improving the beam quality through mode selection.
