碘对5~16周龄五龙鹅免疫性能、抗氧化性能及血清激素指标的影响

Effects of Iodine on Immune Performance,Antioxidant Performance and Serum Hormone Indexes of Wulong Geese Aged from 5 to 16 Weeks

摘要 本试验研究饲粮中添加不同水平的碘对5~16周龄五龙鹅免疫性能、抗氧化性能及血清激素指标的影响。选用28日龄体重相近的五龙鹅360只,随机分为6个组(Ⅰ~Ⅵ组),每组6个重复,每个重复10只,公母各占1/2。Ⅰ组(对照组)饲喂基础饲粮,Ⅱ~Ⅵ组在基础饲粮中分别添加0.15、0.30、0.60、1.20、2.40 mg/kg的碘(碘化钾形式)。试验期12周。结果表明:1)Ⅲ组的胸腺指数显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ和Ⅵ组(P<0.05),脾脏指数显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅴ和Ⅵ组(P<0.05),法氏囊指数显著高于Ⅰ和Ⅵ组(P<0.05)。2)各组之间禽流感抗体效价差异不显著(P>0.05)。3)Ⅲ组的血清丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于Ⅰ和Ⅱ组(P<0.05),血清过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅴ和Ⅵ组(P<0.05),血清总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ和Ⅵ组(P<0.05)。4)各组之间血清三碘甲腺原氨酸(T_(3))、四碘甲腺原氨酸(T_(4))和促甲状腺激素(TSH)含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加适宜水平的碘能提高5~16周龄五龙鹅免疫器官指数和抗氧化性能,但对禽流感抗体效价和血清T_(3)、T_(4)和TSH含量无显著影响。本试验条件下,饲粮中碘的适宜添加水平为0.3 mg/kg。 This experiment was conducted to study the the effects of dietary different levels of iodine on immune performance,antioxidant performance and serum hormone indexes of Wulong geese aged from 5 to 16 weeks.A total of 360 Wulong geese at 28 days of age with similar body weight were selected and randomly divided into 6 groups(groupsⅠtoⅥ)with 6 replicates in each group and 10 geese in each replicate,and half male and female.Geese in groupⅠ(control group)were fed a basal diet,and others in groupsⅡtoⅥwere fed basal diets supplemented 0.15,0.30,0.60,1.20 and 2.40 mg/kg iodine(as potassium iodide),respectively.The experiment lasted for 12 weeks.The results showed as follows:1)the thymus index of groupⅢwas significantly higher than that of groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅳ,ⅤandⅥ(P<0.05),the spleen index was significantly higher than that of groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,ⅤandⅥ(P<0.05),and the bursa of Fabricius was significantly higher than that of groupsⅠandⅥ(P<0.05).2)There was no significant difference in avian influenza antibody titer among all groups(P>0.05).3)The serum malondialdehyde(MDA)content of groupⅢwas significantly lower than that of groupsⅠandⅡ,(P<0.05),the serum catalase(CAT),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activities and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)were significantly higher than those of groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,ⅤandⅥ(P<0.05),and the serum total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)activity was significantly higher than that of groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅳ,ⅤandⅥ(P<0.05).4)There were no significant differences in contents of triiodothyronine(T_(3)),tetraiodothyronine(T_(4))and thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)in serum among all groups(P>0.05).In conclusion,dietary appropriate supplemental level of iodine can improve the immune organ index and antioxidant performance of Wulong geese aged from 5 to 16 weeks,but has no effects on the avian influenza antibody titer and the contents of T_(3),T_(4) and TSH in serum.Under the experimental condition,the dietary appropriate supplemental level of iodine is 0.3 mg/kg.
