零余子对绵羊生长性能、营养物质消化代谢、血清生化指标及免疫功能的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Bulbil on Growth Performance,Nutrient Digestion and Metabolism,Serum Biochemical Indices and Immune Function of Sheep

摘要 本试验旨在探索零余子对绵羊生长性能、营养物质消化代谢、血清生化指标及免疫功能的影响。选取体重25 kg左右的健康杜湖杂交(杜泊羊×湖羊♀)公羊30只,随机分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复2只羊。各组分别饲喂含0(对照组,CTL组)、7.5%(低剂量组,BUL1组)和10.0%(高剂量组,BUL2组)零余子的试验饲粮。预试期15 d,正试期90 d。结果表明:1)3组之间末重、总增重、平均日增重(ADG)、平均日采食量(ADFI)和料重比(F/G)均差异不显著(P>0.05)。2)BUL2组的可消化能、能量消化率均显著高于CTL组(P<0.05)。BUL2组的可消化钙、钙消化率、沉积钙均显著高于CTL组(P<0.05)。3)BUL1组的血清总蛋白(TP)和球蛋白(GLB)含量均显著高于CTL和BUL2组(P<0.05),BUL1组和BUL2组的血清游离脂肪酸(NEFA)含量显著高于CTL组(P<0.05),BUL2组的血清尿素氮(UN)含量显著低于CTL组(P<0.05)。4)BUL1组的血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和CD8+含量显著高于CTL组(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加7.5%和10.0%零余子不会影响绵羊的生长性能,饲粮中添加7.5%的零余子可以增加血清TP、GLB、CD8^(+)和TNF-α含量,饲粮中添加10.0%的零余子可提高能量、钙消化率。 This experiment was conducted to explore the effects of bulbil on growth performance,nutrient digestion and metabolism,serum biochemical indices and immune function of sheep.Thirty healthy Duhu crossbred(Dubo sheep×Hu sheep♀)rams with an average body weight of about 25 kg were randomly divided into 3 groups with 5 replicates per group and 2 sheep per replicate.Sheep in 3 groups were fed experimental diets which contained 0(control group,CTL group),7.5%(low dose group,BUL1 group)and 10.0%(high dose group,BUL2 group)bulbil,respectively.The pre-experimental period lasted for 15 days,and the experimental period lasted for 90 days.The results showed as follows:1)there were no significant differences in the final weight,total weight gain,average daily gain(ADG),average daily feed intake(ADFI)and feed to gain ratio(F/G)among all groups(P>0.05).2)The digestible energy and energy digestibility of BUL2 group were significantly higher than those of CTL group(P<0.05).The digestible calcium,calcium digestibility and calcium deposition of BUL2 group were significantly higher than those of CTL group(P<0.05).3)The contents of total protein(TP)and globulin(GLB)in serum of BUL1 group were significantly higher than those of CTL group and BUL2 group(P<0.05),the serum free fatty acid(NEFA)content of BUL1 group and BUL2 group was significantly higher than that of CTL group(P<0.05),and the serum urea nitrogen(UN)content of BUL2 group was significantly lower than that of CTL group(P<0.05).4)The contents of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and CD8^(+) in serum of BUL1 group were significantly higher than those of CTL group(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary adding 7.5%bulbil can improve the contents of TP,GLB,CD8^(+) and TNF-αin serum,and dietary adding 10.0%bulbil can improve the energy and calcium digestibility.
