摘要
本试验旨在探讨盐角草提取物对绵羊生长性能及血清生化指标的影响。试验选取体重[(32.52±2.83) kg]相近、体况良好的阿勒泰公羊60只,随机分为4个组(每组5个重复,每个重复3只羊),分别饲喂基础饲粮(对照组)、基础饲粮+0.2%盐角草提取物(0.2%组)、基础饲粮+0.4%盐角草提取物(0.4%组)、基础饲粮+0.6%盐角草提取物(0.6%组)。预试期11 d,正试期45 d。结果表明:1)0.6%组第16~30天平均日增重极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),0.4%组第31~45天、第1~45天料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。2)0.6%组血清总蛋白(TP)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),0.2%、0.4%、0.6%组血清球蛋白(GLB)含量显著或极显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。3) 0.4%组血清甘油三酯(TG)含量显著低于照组(P <0.05),0.2%、0.4%、0.6%组血清葡萄糖(GLU)含量显著或极显著低于对照组(P <0.05或P <0.01)。4)0.4%、0.6%组血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),0.6%组血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。5)0.6%组血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),0.4%、0.6%组血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),0.2%、0.4%、0.6%组血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量显著或极显著低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),0.2%、0.4%、0.6%组血清白细胞介素-10(IL-10)含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),0.4%、0.6%组血清干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)含量极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。6)0.2%、0.4%和0.6%组血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著或极显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),0.4%、0.6%组血清丙二醛(MDA)含量极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。由此可见,在本试验条件下,饲粮中添加盐角草提取物有助于改善绵羊生长速度,降低料重比,提高机体的免疫性能和抗氧化能力,以饲粮中添加0.4%的盐角草提取物效果较好。
The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effects of Salicornia europaea L. extract on growth performance and serum biochemical indexes of sheep. Sixty Altay rams with similar body weight[(32.52±2.83)kg]and good body condition were randomly divided into 4 groups(5 replicates in each group and 3 sheep in each replicate),which fed the basic diet(control group),the basal diet+0.2% Salicornia europaea L. extract(0.2% group),the basal diet+0.4% Salicornia europaea L. extract(0.4% group)and the basal diet+0.6% Salicornia europaea L. extract(0.6% group),respectively. The pre-experimental period lasted for 11 days,and the experimental period lasted for 45 days. The results showed as follows:1)the average daily gain during days 16 to 30 of 0.6% group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.01),and the feed to gain ratio during days 31 to 45 and days 1 to 45 of 0.4% group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01). 2)The serum total protein(TP)content of 0.6% group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the serum globulin(GLB)content of 0.2%,0.4%and 0.6% group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). 3)The serum triglyceride(TG)content of 0.4% group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the serum glucose(GLU)content of 0.2%,0.4% and 0.6% group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). 4)The serum alanine transaminase(ALT)activity of 0.4% and 0.6%group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the serum lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)activity of 0.6% group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01). 5)The serum immunoglobulin G(IgG)content of 0.6% group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),serum immunoglobulin A(IgA)content of 0.4% and 0.6% group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),the contents of interleukin-2(IL-2)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in serum of0.2%,0.4% and 0.6% group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.01),the serum interleukin-10(IL-10)content of 0.2%,0.4% and 0.6% group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the serum interferon-γ(IFN-γ)content of 0.4% and 0.6% group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01). 6)The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)in serum of 0.2%,0.4% and 0.6%group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.01),and the serum malondialdehyde(MDA)content of 0.4% and 0.6% group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01). In conclusion,under the experimental conditions,dietary supplemented with Salicornia europaea L.extract helps to improve the growth rate,reduces the weight to gain ratio,and improves the immune performance and antioxidant ability of sheep. Dietary supplemented 0. 4% Salicornia europaea L. extract has better effects.
