摘要
采用电催化氧化法对推进剂污水中主要污染物偏二甲肼(UDMH)进行处理,钛基氧化铅形稳电极作为阳极,Pd涂层板为阴极组成电解体系,考察不同实验条件下偏二甲肼去除率的变化规律。结果表明,制备所得的钛网基氧化铅电极在电流密度为1 mA/cm2、电解时间为1 h的条件下,对10 mg/L的偏二甲肼的去除率高达100%,是石墨毡电极的近4倍。提高电流密度、电解体系中加入氯离子等措施可强化该方法的降解能力,本研究为偏二甲肼废水处理提供了新思路。
Electro-catalytic oxidation method was used to degrade unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine(UDMH),which is the main pollutant of propellant wastewater.A combined electrochemical system using Ti/PbO dimentionally stable anode(DSA)as anode and Pd coating steel with the same area as cathode achieves the degradation of UDMH.The UDMH removal rate was investigated under different experimental conditions.Using a 10 mg/L UDMH solution as the reaction system,titanium mesh-based PbO anode removed UDMH by 100%in 1 h,when current density is 1 mA/cm.The results also show that the removal rate is nearly 4 times higher than graphite felt electrode.Increasing the current density,adding chloride ions into the electrolysis cell,can strengthen the treatment capacity of this method,providing a new idea for the treatment of UDMH wastewater.
