摘要
目的:探究音乐疗法联合运动康复锻炼在老年慢性心力衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法:选取兰州市某三甲医院老年科2021年2月至2021年8月就诊的老年慢性心力衰竭患者110例,其中对照组54例患者给予常规治疗和护理,观察组56例患者在对照组的基础上给予音乐疗法联合运动康复训练。干预3个月后,比较两组患者入院时、干预3个月后复查时的心功能指标、生活质量评分和抑郁评分。结果:干预前,两组患者左心室射血分数(LVEF)、6 min步行试验(6MWT)距离、明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量调查表(MLHFQ)评分、老年抑郁量表(GDS-15)评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预3个月后,观察组患者的LVEF和6MWT距离高于干预前和对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的MLHFQ评分和GDS-15评分低于干预前和对照组(P<0.05)。结论:音乐疗法联合运动康复锻炼能有效提高老年慢性心力衰竭患者的心功能指标和生活质量,同时可有效缓解其抑郁情绪。
Objective:To explore the application effect of musicotherapy combined with exercise rehabilitation in elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:A total of 110 elderly patients with chronic heart failure who were treated in the geriatrics department of a hospital in Lanzhou from February to August 2021were selected.The patients in the control group(54 cases)were given routine treatment and nursing,and the patients in the observation group(56 cases)were given musicotherapy combined with exercise rehabilitation training.After three months intervention,the indexes of cardiac function,quality of life scores and depression scores of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:There were no statistical differences in LVEF,6MWT,MLHFQ score and GDS-15 score between the two groups of patients before intervention(P>0.05).Three months after intervention,the LVEF and 6MWT of patients in the observation group were higher than those before intervention and patients in the control group(P<0.05).The MLHFQ scores and GDS-15 scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those before intervention and patients in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Musicotherapy combined with exercise rehabilitation exercise can effectively improve the cardiac function index and quality of life of elderly patients with chronic heart failure,and can effectively relieve their depression.
