摘要
目的 对生化免疫流水线的全自动检测质控方式的应用效果进行评估,旨在探究自动检测质控方式相对于传统的手工检测质控方式的优点与不足,从而进一步对自动检测质控方式提出相应的改进建议。方法 回顾性分析广东省中医院2020年6-8月份Roche Cobas c701/c501全自动生化分析仪上应用手工质控和自动质控两种检测方式检测室内质量控制的结果,对比两者的精密度大小,同时评估自动质控的正确度是否满足临床需求。结果 在31个检测项目的精密度评价中,低值质控品自动检测质控方式有28个项目达标,手工检测质控方式有30个项目达标;高值质控品自动检测质控方式有27个项目达标,手工检测质控方式有31个项目达标。在17个检测项目的正确度评价中,自动检测质控方式有16个项目的偏倚小于允许偏倚。结论 生化免疫流水线的自动检测质控方式的精密度和正确度能满足临床实验室临床检测需求,符合实验室自动化发展的需要。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of the automatic quality control method on the Roche biochemical immune assembly line,aiming to explore the advantages and disadvantages of the automatic quality control compared with the traditional manual quality control detection method,so as to make recommendations for the automatic quality control detection method.Methods Review analysis the results of internal quality control using manual and automatic quality control on the Roche Cobas c701/c501 from June to August 2020 in Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine.Compare the precision and the accuracy of automatic quality control meets clinical needs.Results In the precision evaluation of 31 testing items,28 items of automatic quality control testing methods for low-value quality control products reached the standard,and 30 items of manual quality control testing methods;27 high-quality quality control products 31 items met the standard,and 31 items met the standard by manual quality control testing.In the evaluation of the accuracy of the 17 test items,the automatic quality control test method has 16 items with a bias less than the allowable bias.Conclusion The precision and accuracy of the automatic quality control detection method of the biochemical immune assembly line can meet the clinical testing needs of clinical laboratories and meet the needs of the development of laboratory automation.
