不同检测方法及影响因素对HBV实验结果的分析与研究

摘要 本文探究不同检测方法及影响因素对乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)检测结果的影响,分析实验结果相关影响因素在实验过程中是否能被改进,提高检验结果的准确率,并对实验结果进行有效判断。通过大量的文献阅读、分类和分析,笔者发现在检测前、检测中、检测后产生的大部分影响因素均能通过人为因素进行改进,确保实验数据更加准确,而提高检验人员的专业技能与基础知识亦能提高检验结果的稳定性与准确性。目的在于为临床医生的诊治提供更加准确的参考依据。 This paper investigates the effects of different testing methods and influencing factors on HBV test results,and analyzes whether the influencing factors related to the experimental results can be improved during the experimental process to improve the accuracy of the test results and make effective judgments on the experimental results.Through extensive literature reading,classification and analysis,the author concluded that most of the influencing factors before,during and after the test can be improved by human factors to ensure more accurate experimental data,while improving the professional skills and basic knowledge of test personnel can alsoimprove the stability and accuracy of test results.The aim is to provide a more accurate reference basis for clinicians′diagnosis and treatment.
