摘要
目的:探讨以应激系统理论为指导的护理干预在皮瓣移植修复手指皮肤缺损患者中的应用效果。方法:随机选取笔者医院2016年3月-2021年3月收治的108例手指皮肤缺损采用皮瓣移植修复患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各54例。对照组采取常规护理措施,观察组在对照组基础上采取应激系统理论为指导的护理措施。比较两组患者的抗应激能力、创伤后成长水平、心理状态及睡眠质量。结果:护理前,两组抗应激能力、创伤后成长水平、心理状态及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,观察组各项指标均较对照组有显著提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取应激系统理论为指导的护理措施可以有效改善皮瓣移植修复手指皮肤缺损患者的抗应激能力、创伤后成长水平、心理状态及睡眠质量,有积极的临床意义。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention based on stress system theory guidance in the repair of finger skin defects with skin flap transplantation.Methods 108 patients with finger skin defects undergoing skin flap transplantation repair in the hospital between March 2016 and March 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing measure,and the observation group adopted nursing based on stress system theory guidance on the basis of the control group.The anti-stress ability,post-traumatic growth level,psychological status and Pittsburgh sleep quality index were compared between the two groups of patients.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in anti stress ability,post-traumatic growth level,psychological state and Pittsburgh sleep quality index between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the indexes of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing based on stress system theory guidance can effectively improve the anti stress ability,post-traumatic growth level,psychological state and sleep quality of patients with finger skin defect repaired by skin flap transplantation,which has positive clinical significance.
