“未来体育教师”核心素养培育:美国、瑞典、英国三国经验及镜鉴 被引量:2

摘要 运用文献资料与比较研究相结合的研究方法,从课程体系、实践支持与运行机制等三个方面入手,对美、瑞、英三国“未来体育教师”核心素养的培育经验进行剖释。研究发现,在课程体系方面,美国注重国家标准促进,瑞典突出命题性知识的引领,英国则偏重“一体化”设置;在实践支持方面,美国突出“专业研讨”,瑞典强调专业应用与案例学习,英国则呈现为实践交互于培养全程;在运行机制方面,美国体现为“国家标准”统摄与“时代取向”结合推进,瑞典突出以“命题性知识”引导与“绩效性知识”二者协同推进,英国以情境化体验与批判性反思相结合推进。对我国体育师范生的镜鉴有:可借助课程体系“指向性”调整与延展来促进核心素养的实施,通过多举措来夯实“教学执教”能力将其作为实践素养的支持,以“引领”与实践反思相协同闭环式的推进促进素养的达成。 The cultivation experience of“future physical education teachers”in the United States,Sweden and the United Kingdom is analyzed with the methods of literature and comparative research from curriculum system,practical support and operation mechanism.The result show that in terms of curriculum system,the United States pays attention to the promotion of national standards,Sweden highlights the guidance of propositional knowledge,and the United Kingdom focuses on the“integration”setting;in terms of practical support,the United States highlights“professional discussion”,Sweden emphasizes professional application and case study,and the United Kingdom focuses on practice interaction in the whole process of training;in terms of operating mechanism,the United States focuses on the combination of“national standards”and“era orientation”,Sweden highlights the coordinated promotion of“propositional knowledge”and“performance knowledge”,and the United Kingdom emphasizes situational experience and critical reflection.The implementation of core literacy can be promoted through the“directional”adjustment and extension of the curriculum system,the ability of“teaching”can be consolidated through multiple measures as the support of practical literacy,and the literacy can be improved through the coordinated closed-loop promotion of“leading”and practical reflection.
