摘要
单核细胞是机体重要的固有免疫细胞,能吞噬并清除受伤和衰老的细胞及其碎片,参与人体的免疫炎症反应。单核细胞能进一步分化为巨噬细胞和树突状细胞,二者在建立有效的免疫应答中发挥着重要作用。单核细胞及巨噬细胞和树突状细胞被广泛应用在基础与临床医学的相关研究中。本文将介绍从外周血中分离单核细胞的几种不同方法,并比较分析其优劣性,帮助研究者选择合适的分离方法以高效地获得符合实验要求的单核细胞,为后续研究奠定基础。
Monocytes are important innate immune cells of the body,which can phagocytose and remove injured and senescent cells and their fragments,and participate in the immune inflammatory response of the human body.Monocytes can further differentiate into macrophages and dendritic cells,both of which play an important role in establishing an effective immune response.Monocytes,macrophages and dendritic cells are widely used in related research in basic and clinical medicine.This article will introduce several different methods for isolating monocytes from peripheral blood,and compare and analyze their advantages and disadvantages,so as to help researchers choose a suitable separation method to efficiently obtain monocytes that meet the experimental requirements,and lay the foundation for subsequent research.
