摘要
建立了酸浸提离子浮选石墨炉法、H_(2)O_(2)超级微波消解ICP-MS法2种测定大米中镉的方法。采用大米实物标准样品a、大米阳性样品b进行方法学验证以及实验室间的比对试验。结果表明:2种方法测定结果与GB 5009.15—2014及GB 5009.268—2016方法测定结果无显著性差异,且这2种方法具有良好的复现性、精密度和准确性。为大米中镉的测定增加了2种快速高效、绿色环保的测定方法。
Acid extraction ion flotation graphite furnace method and hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2)) super microwave digestion ICP-MS method were established to determine cadmium in rice.Standard rice sample a and positive rice sample b were used for methodological verification and comparison between laboratories.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the determination results of these two methods and those of GB 5009.15—2014 and GB 5009.268—2016,and these two methods had good reproducibility,precision and accuracy.Two rapid,efficient and environment-friendly methods were added for the determination of cadmium in rice.
