便携式动物实验智能输液设备的设计及应用

摘要 临床某些疾病需要通过快速、大量输液来扩容,在实验教学中亦会复制相应疾病动物模型,但目前在动物实验中很少有加压输液设备,以往多采用人工增加“高度差”来实现加压,但此方法存在压力、速度控制不精准及操作费时费力等弊端。在此背景下,该研究设计了一款便携式智能输液设备,其具有自动加压的功能,在无“高度差”的条件下仍能完成耳缘静脉输液,同时具有自动报警、自动泄压等功能,以及智能化、体积轻、易操作的优点,能够满足各种环境下对实验动物的输液。 In clinical practice,some diseases require rapid and large amount of infusion to expand the volume,and animal models of the corresponding diseases will also be replicated in experimental teaching.However,there are few pressurized infusion device in animal experiments so far.In the past,compression was realized through increasing"altitude difference"manually,so this method has the disadvantages of inaccurate control of pressure and flow rate,time-consuming and laborious for operation and so on.On this context,this study designed a portable intelligent infusion device,which has the function of automatic pressurization,and can still complete the infusion of the ear vein under the condition of no"altitude difference",and also has the functions of automatic alarm and automatic pressure relief.This design has the advantages of intelligence,light volume,and easy operation.It can meet the infusion of experimental animals in various environments.
