摘要
试验旨在探究黄芪粉对肉鸡生产性能和免疫功能的影响。选择1日龄白羽肉鸡1600只,随机分为4组,每组8个重复,每个重复50只。对照组(A组)饲喂基础日粮,试验组(B组、C组、D组)分别在基础日粮中添加0.5%、0.7%、1.0%的黄芪粉,试验期42 d。结果显示,C组、D组肉鸡出栏重与A组相比,差异极显著(P<0.01);平均日增重有升高趋势,但各组间差异不显著(P>0.05);C组和D组肉鸡的胸腺指数和法氏囊指数均极显著高于A组(P<0.01);C组和D组肉鸡的NDV抗体滴度显著高于A组和B组。本研究表明,日粮中添加0.7%~1.0%黄芪粉可提高肉鸡生长水平和免疫功能,降低死淘率。
The purpose of the experiment was to explore the effect of astragalus powder on the growth performance and immune function of broilers. 1600 1-day-old white-feathered broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups with 8 replicates in each group and 50 in each replicate. The control group(group A) was fed with basal diet, and the experimental groups(group B, group C and group D) were added with 0.5%, 0.7% and 1.0% astragalus powder respectively for 42 days. The results showed that the slaughter weights of broilers in group C and D were significantly different from that in group A(P<0.01), and the average daily gain tended to increase, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05);The thymus indices and bursa indices of group C and group D were significantly higher than that of group A(P < 0.01);The NDV antibody titers of broilers in group C and D were significantly higher than those in group A and B. The results showed that adding 0.7%~ 1.0% astragalus powder to the diet could improve the growth performance and immune function of broilers, and reduce the mortality.
