引发剂用量对SA-AA-AM树脂的吸水性及喷雾降尘特性的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Dosage of Initiator on Water Absorption and Spray Dust Suppression Characteristics of SA-AA-AM Resin

摘要 采用溶液聚合法合成了海藻酸钠-丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺(SA-AA-AM)吸水性树脂降尘剂,研究了引发剂用量对SA-AA-AM树脂的吸水率、雾滴颗粒的粒径分布及其对模拟放射性铯粉尘气溶胶的降尘特性的影响,并分析了SA-AA-AM树脂的降尘机制。结果表明:引发剂用量对SA-AA-AM树脂喷雾雾滴颗粒粒径分布影响不显著,90%以上雾滴颗粒粒径小于1μm;随着引发剂用量的增加,SA-AA-AM树脂吸水率和降尘效率均表现出先增加后下降的趋势;当引发剂的质量分数为0.4%时,SA-AA-AM树脂的吸水率最高达到420.21 g/g;当引发剂质量分数为0.3%时,在降尘30 min内,SA-AA-AM树脂对模拟放射性铯粉尘气溶胶的降尘效率最高,达90.94%,比水的降尘效率提高10.84%,比粉尘自然沉降效率提高57.55%,比改性前SA的降尘效率提高了50.91%,表明SA-AA-AM树脂对模拟放射性铯粉尘气溶胶具有显著的降尘作用;粉尘沉降过程中颗粒物粒径从3.278μm增加到4.068μm,说明SA-AA-AM树脂雾滴与模拟放射性铯粉尘气溶胶颗粒发生了明显的凝并作用。SA-AA-AM树脂雾滴颗粒作用于粉尘颗粒,通过相互碰撞、黏附、凝并和团聚作用形成颗粒粒径更大的团聚体,团聚体因重力作用而被沉降。 The sodium alginate-acrylic acid-acrylamide(SA-AA-AM)water-absorbing resin was prepared by the solution polymerization method.The effects of initiator dosage on water absorption of SA-AA-AM resin,the particle size distribution of fog droplet,and the dust suppression characteristics of simulated radioactive cesium dust aerosol were studied.The dust suppression mechanism of SA-AA-AM resin was also analyzed.The results show that the dosage of initiator has no significant effect on the particle size distribution of SA-AA-AM resin spray droplets,and more than 90%of the fog droplet size is less than 1μm.Besides,as the dosage of initiator increases,both the water absorption rate and the dust suppression efficiency of SA-AA-AM resin first increase and then decrease.When the mass fraction of initiator was 0.4%,the water absorption rate was the highest,reaching 420.21g/g.When the the mass fraction of initiator was 0.3%,the dust suppression efficiency of SA-AA-AM resin on simulated radioactive cesium dust aerosol was the highest within 30 min,reaching 90.94%,which was 10.84%,57.55%and 50.91%higher than that of water spraying,natural dust sedimentation and SA spraying respectively.This proves that SA-AA-AM resin has significant dust suppression effect on simulated radioactive cesium dust aerosol.Moreover,the particle size increases from 3.278μm to 4.068μm during the sedimentation process,this proves that there is a significant coagulation effect between the SA-AA-AM resin droplets and the simulated radioactive cesium dust aerosol particles.SA-AA-AM resin droplets acts on the dust particles mainly through mutual collision,adhesion,and coagulation to be formed into agglomerates with lager particle size,and these agglomerates are settled due to gravity.
